Collection of Information from Minors 13 or Under
The LIVE X website was created to assist customers 16 years of age and older with the purchase of automobiles. LIVE X does not knowingly solicit any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In addition, LIVE X does not knowingly obtain, retain or use information from anyone who indicates that they are under the age of 13. Accordingly, children under the age of 13 may be restricted from participating in certain features and transactions on the LIVE X website.

Direct Marketing Association and Member Companies
To remove your name and direct mail or telemarketing lists of members of the Direct Marketing Association, send a written request with your name, address, and Social Security Number (if it was included in the mailing you received) to the Direct Marketing Association. The Direct Marketing Association is responsible for notifying its members (i.e., the agencies and companies that compile mailing lists) that you want your name removed from the lists they sell.
